By ticking the consent checkbox in the contact form, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
The form is connected to the operator's backend. By ticking the checkbox and submitting the form, I transmit to the operator the name, e-mail address and message I entered; the data is stored in the operator's database and a notification is sent to the operator's Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. This consent covers that processing, including the transfer to Telegram.

Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation, including mixed processing, and is limited to the purposes and the amount of data listed above.
7. Term and withdrawal
Consent is valid until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to 0xaletic@astelit.online. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the data, unless it is required to keep it by law.
Requests concerning the exercise of data-subject rights are handled within no more than 10 (ten) working days from receipt.

8. Confirmation of accuracy
By giving this consent I confirm that the data provided belongs to me and is accurate, and that it is not the personal data of third parties. I am aware that I may request the correction or deletion of my data at any time.

10. Analytical cookies are a separate consent
This consent covers the data you provide in the contact form. Analytical cookies (Yandex.Metrika and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4) are covered by a separate consent requested through the cookie banner before such cookies are set.
That consent can be granted, declined or withdrawn at any time through the banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before withdrawal.
