This Cookie Policy explains how astelit.online uses cookies and browser storage, and how you can control them. It applies to both the English and the Russian versions of the site.

4. What this site uses
Strictly necessary / functional storage: the next-themes library saves your colour-theme preference (light or dark) in your browser's localStorage under a technical key. This record does not identify you and is not used for advertising or profiling. No cookie is used for authentication or session management, because the site has no registration, no accounts and no personal area.
Analytical cookies and scripts: with your consent, the site uses Yandex.Metrika (ООО «ЯНДЕКС») and, when enabled, Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). These services set cookies and collect analytical data: a cookie identifier, a shortened IP address, device and browser information, the pages viewed and interaction events. IP addresses are shortened and are not stored in full. This data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Submitting the contact form does not set analytical cookies: the form data is sent directly to the operator's backend and is governed by the Privacy Policy.
If you have given consent, a successful contact-form submission is recorded by the analytics service as a goal event (form_submit).
5. Analytics providers, legal bases and retention
- Yandex.Metrika — provider: ООО «ЯНДЕКС». Purpose: web analytics, visitor statistics, site improvement. Legal basis: your consent. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation; the retention period is up to 13 months, after which the data is deleted or anonymised. - Google Analytics 4 — provider: Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: web analytics, audience and traffic statistics, site improvement. Legal basis: your consent. The retention period is 14 months. This provider transfers data outside the Russian Federation, including to the United States and the European Union, on the basis of your consent; see the Privacy Policy, section on international transfer. - The analytical cookies are: _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc (Yandex.Metrika) and _ga, _ga_<container> (Google Analytics 4).
6. Cookie consent banner
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner is displayed. Analytical cookies and the analytics scripts are installed only after you give consent. Before consent is given, only strictly necessary/functional storage is used.
In the banner you can accept or decline analytical cookies. If you decline, analytical cookies are not set and the analytics scripts do not run.

8. How to control cookies and browser storage
You can delete or block cookies and clear browser storage in your browser settings, and you can withdraw analytics consent through the cookie settings link in the site footer. If you clear functional storage, the site simply resets to its default appearance and does not limit access to the site.
