6. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to 0xaletic@astelit.online. After withdrawal the operator stops sending informational messages and deletes the data used for that purpose, unless retention is required by law.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the mailing carried out before the withdrawal.
7. Confirmation and signing
I confirm that the data I provide belongs to me and is accurate, and that it is not the personal data of third parties. This consent is signed by ticking the optional mailing checkbox.
8. Current status
The mailing list and the mailing system are not launched. The optional checkbox is displayed in the contact form so that you can express your wish to receive messages; the operator does not record this consent or add you to any list, and the checkbox is not transmitted with the request. The operator starts the mailing only after the mailing system is enabled and the necessary technical and legal measures are in place, after which the consent is recorded and this document applies to it.
